S1T01-G1: Capture the Agent (Sceptile) 4

With a light clearing of his throat, Arrowhead let loose a full power aqua jet.  "Hey!  Wow!  I can't believe it's you dude!"  The Marill began to cheer very uncharacteristically.  A big smile was spread across his lips as he shoved the very confused agent all the way to the nearest alley.It was so quick that the transaction in process was not completed.  The poor Wigglytuff was beyond words, but was about to follow the Sceptile when she was cut off by Fiore.

"Oh don't mind them, Ma'am.  They're just old friends, and my pal was super excited to run into him like this.  Give them a bit."  The Wigglytuff was so overwhelmed about what was going on, she ended up just accepting what she was told.
